Aggregates Operations Manager-Saltora, Bankura

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production of aggregates
• Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program.
• Address repairs, maintenance and equipment replacements.
• Make recommendations for purchasing equipment.
• Lead, manage and develop personnel.
• Provide feedback to HR on performance reviews.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols, compliance with industry safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety training.
• Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure plants adherence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in business management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in quarry operations.
• Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes, equipment and safety protocols.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple quarries.
• Leadership experience.
