Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessing inventory levels and sales data to determine replenishment needs for Key Accounts (Shoppers, Hometown, Nilkamal & Spencer) and Consignment Clients on a monthly basis.

2. Creating purchase orders accurately based on replenishment requirements.

3. Liaising with the Production team to ensure timely manufacturing and fulfilment of goods as per Purchase Orders (POS).

4. Conducting periodic stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and availability of inventory for replenishment purposes.

5. Gathering data from various sources including sales, stock levels, in-transit goods, and other relevant metrics.

6. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the software, files, and Management Information System (MIS).

7. Generating MIS reports encompassing sales performance, stock analysis, payment collections, comparative analyses (MTD, YTD, MTM), business insights, SKU-wise data, aging analysis, STR (Sell-Through Rate), growth and degrowth trends, and production metrics.

8. Presenting MIS reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operation Management Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel & MIS Preparation is must & prior requirement.
• Proven experience in inventory management, Operation efficiency, and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management best practices.
