Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  
• Oversee dispatch processes, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high service standards.
  
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on inventory management, packaging, and shipping procedures.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, order fulfillment, and customer complaints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations or logistics management.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory control, inventory management, supervision, dispatch, stock management, warehouse management, and warehouse operations.
  
• Ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
