Senior Manager Business Development - IT Services Sales (Canada Region

Role & responsibilities

• New account acquisition and achievement of sales targets in the Canadian market. Develop deep, robust and qualified sales pipeline
• Conduct B2B outreach calls to identify, generate and nurture leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C- and D-level executives, facilitating successful business engagements
• Source and manage leads using business directories, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Manage communication & pipelines through effective use of CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Director, business development to align with sales strategies and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken English with excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT Services Expertise: Strong understanding of IT services specially in MSP/MSSP domain.
• US/Canadian Market Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in the north American services market, including cold calling and relationship management.
• Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close business with C- and D-level executives using innovative and creative strategies.
• CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with modern CRM tools and lead tracking systems to manage and grow relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Internet research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to translate intangible services into tangible benefits for customers.
