General Manager

We are looking for dynamic sales person who can lead a sales team, motivate members and together close the deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales efforts for the upcoming residential villas and plots project.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage a team of sales executives and provide necessary training and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Organize and conduct site visits for potential buyers and clients.
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization for property sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities for the project.
• Track sales performance and prepare sales reports for senior management.
