- Must have experience in Oracle Cloud / EBS Technical Consulting role.
- Expert level of product skills on following Technical area (Oracle Report Tool, OTBI, BIP, XML Publisher, Extract, Alert Composer, Fast Formula, OIC, Personalization & Customization).
- Understanding of Data Migration, Integration & Conversion (SQL-Loader, ADFDI, Web ADI, HDL).
- Responsible for managing the RICE development team
- Must have hand-on experience of end-to-end business cycle of HR Modules
- Preferred to have Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labor or Recruitment)
- Must have worked on at least two implementation projects
- Must be able to manage customer facing role
- Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs
- Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
