To advise and assist users on how they can gain more insight in their data and processes to optimize their business by using Oracle cloud ERP integration, extension and reporting tools, handle the technical requirements during implementation projects and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for existing users during the lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills :
Good Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absences OTL, Talent Performance management, Compensation, HR Help Desk)
Oracle HCM, Troubleshooting and maintenance to the system.
Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules.
Candidate should be based out of Chennai location only (Preferred - Unless they have strong motive to relocate)
Excellent Communication Skills
The candidate should be from a techno-functional background.
Responsibilities:
Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and assist clients through the implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Troubleshoot issues on Configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
Develop reports, interfaces, etc. based on existing client requirements
Assist in the development and execution of security and validation strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion project
Support clients with the execution of test scripts
Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle
Required Qualifications
Strong Oracle HCM Domain Knowledge.
Technical background across all HCM modules specially Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Learning
Strong Experience in Data Migration/Integration designing/Execution/Delivery.
Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture.
Extensive Techno Functional experience with analysis, design, development, customizations, and implementation of software applications specially Oracle HCM technology.
Have experience as Technical resource for SAAS cloud model.
Strong Experience on Data Conversion and Conversion strategy with clients.
Technical Integration experience for Oracle HCM cloud including HCM Extract and API s from Oracle to implement third party integration.
Hands on Experience in Data Loading Tools like HDL Data Loader, Spreadsheets Data Loader
Reporting experience to create/debug reports/create dashboards with extensive exposure of BIP and OTBI
Strong experience to setup FTP/SFTP to shake hand between HCM system and other system to send or receive data files for larger integration scope.
Extensive Experience on Fast formula customization/Implementation and execution for different HCM modules requirements like Benefit/Core HR/compensation/Performance
