Job Description
Fusion Plus Solutions Inc is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Implement and configure Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define HCM system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Oracle HCM configurations meet functional and performance requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Document Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
