- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
- Expert technical knowledge of one or more components

- OTBI
- BIP
- HCM Extract
- Data Migration
- HDL
- HSDL
- Fast Formulas
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead
- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
- Able to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions
- Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
- Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
