Manager/Senior Manager - Membership Service - IT/ITeS (4-10 yrs)

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

- Member relationship management in Bangalore promoting member engagement with Organization, regular visits to members, member communications, follow-up on member requests and queries; designing and delivering innovative member services, collection of membership fees and other receivable.

- Building the membership base in the region.

- Ensuring retention of existing members.

- Handling inward delegations, including organizing B2B meets with member.

- Organising Forums and Marketing of event.

- Organizing and maintaining databases and mail list.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

- Management Graduate, Engineer Or a Post Graduate with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.

- Customer focused.

- Innovative thinker.

- Effective Communicator.

- Competent understanding of the IT/ITES industry.

- Process driven.

- Ability to build and manage external and internal relationship.

- Team Player.

- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management with an ability to promote member engagement.
