About the Job:

We are hiring a Senior Manager - Programmatic Marketing with extensive experience in Programmatic Campaigns (DV360) and a strong background in people management.

The role involves leading a team of 15+ members, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests.

- Ensure that all client SLAs are consistently met by the team.

- Provide proactive leadership to drive team performance and efficiency.

- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring superior customer service.

- Identify and assist in new client acquisitions and business growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and execute client requests.

- Develop and present strategies, pitches, and consulting solutions to clients.

- Assist clients in maximizing revenue through yield analysis and optimization.

- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation for programmatic campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Programmatic Campaigns (DV360).

- Experience in leading a team of at least 15 members.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, client servicing, and strategic planning.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to conceptualize and execute digital marketing strategies.
