Dy Manager/Manager legal

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for assist in managing all legal aspects (Litigation / Non-litigation) for entire group
• • Drafting and Negotiation of legal contracts
• Advise on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals
• Ensuring proper contract stamping and registration of all the agreements including all execution formalities
• Monitoring the lifecycle of all the contracts
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates
• • Ensure Compliance to Applicable laws
• • Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights
• • Prepare weekly report on status of the pending works
