Recruitment Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key roles in departments such as Doctors, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, and Operations.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, insights, and progress reports to senior management.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Generate detailed reports to analyze trends and improve recruitment strategies.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior recruiter role.
Skills:
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
