Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the residential division, aligning with the company s overall goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the residential sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats in the residential real estate market.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding the residential customer base, building strong client relationships, and closing key deals.
- Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and branding strategies to enhance our residential market presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to optimize marketing and sales activities for the residential division.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- MBA Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred) with 15-20 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in residential sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
