Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities:-

• Spearhead the drive towards best-in-class processes through optimization of workflows, automation, mobility solutions and business process re-engineering.
• Plan, organize, direct and control multiple functions
• Review actual implementation of all operational processes; gap analysis and time-bound program to attain a high degree of operational efficiencies
• Conduct as required daily/weekly and monthly performance review covering all operations to achieve maximum productivity from each position
• Review and where required introduce new MIS and analytical tools
• Oversee all lending functions, which includes pre disbursal and post disbursal queries as well as reviewing and recommending changes to existing product suite for continued enhancements.
• Monitor and service loans to ensure timely payments, answer borrower inquiries, provide loan statements, and process loan modifications or refinancing requests.
• Be accountable for managing and directing the daily activities of the Lending operations department.
• Manage recovery operations, including the recovery of non-performing loans, coordinating with legal and collections teams, and implementing strategies to minimize loan losses.
• Design the policy, process and sound internal controls.
• Designing lending and risk policies and managing portfolio risk.
• Implement strategies to endorse cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
