Operations Executive - SF

Role & responsibilities :

• Co-ordination with central ops team.
• Managing Disbursements for Consumer Durable Loan.
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification.
• Ensuring on-time payments of the customers.
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing and Disbursement of files.
• Checking KYC documents.
• Handling all branch administration activities.
• Regular follow-ups with customers

Mandatory Skills :

• Graduate.

• 2-3 yrs of relevant experience.

• Good communication skills.

• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
