Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

2. Telecalling/Outbound Calls:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to offer services, gather feedback, or resolve issues.
  • Follow up with leads or customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote new products, services, or promotions over the phone.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively during phone calls.

3. Data Management:

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update customer profiles, contact details, and other relevant information after each interaction.
  • Track customer feedback, complaints, and requests to identify patterns and improve services.

4. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during calls.
  • Qualify leads and provide information that may convert into sales.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report customer interaction data (number of calls, issues resolved, customer satisfaction levels).
  • Provide insights into customer trends or common issues that may require attention from other departments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer service roles (preferred).
    • Experience working with CRM tools.
