JOB Responsibilities

• Responsibility for MIRO administrative function.
• Responsible for all know about SAP related transaction.
• Responsibility of foreign Invoice checking and accordingly entry in Books.
• Responsibility for accounting of General accounting and Capex related like: Machinery, Building and Lab related assets.
• Responsibility of review of RPT.
• Responsibility of GIT on monthly bases.
• Responsibility of Insurance related work.
• Responsibility for review of PR & PO related GL expenses booking.
• Responsibility for receipt material timely gate entry and proceed for MIRO timely.
• Responsibility to review Bank transaction and updates.
• Responsibility to maintain receipt validation documents receipt from vendor/Store team.
• Responsibility for review of GST while entry of invoices in books.
• Responsibility of foreign bills accounting and BOE data preparation.
• Responsibility for vendor and customer opening as per requirements.
• Responsibility for Managing and Handling cash balance.
• Responsibility of review of employees expenses and advances.
• Responsibility of Account receivables and reconciliation with customer
