Key Responsibilities
1. Training Program Development:
Design and deliver sales training modules focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with industry standards.
Customize training programs to suit different levels of sales representatives (new hires and experienced staff).
2. Facilitation of Training Sessions:
Conduct classroom and field-based training for sales teams to improve their selling skills and product understanding.
Provide role-playing exercises, presentations, and case studies to simulate real-world scenarios.
3. Performance Monitoring:
Assess the training effectiveness through feedback, test results, and field observations.
Monitor the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4.Support Field Teams:
Partner with sales managers to identify skill gaps and suggest specific interventions.
Conduct refresher sessions for the team to boost performance in challenging markets.
Required Skills and Competencies
1. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapies.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for easy understanding.
4. Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:-
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
2-3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Prior experience in training or mentoring sales teams will be an added advantage
