RS/SRS-Analytical Peptides

Experience 5-7 years in peptide(s) analytical development, such as related impurities, peptide assay, amino acid ratio, peptide content, knowledge about SEC, degree of resin substitution analysis etc.

• Must have experience of Method Development related to the different tests for the Peptides, Routine Analysis and understanding of Peptides/ Amino acid analysis.

• Having the exposure on the characterization of data related to the Peptides

• Expertise in LCMS-MS/HRMS- analytical understanding and data interpretation.

• Hands on experience on LC, IC & other relevant analytical techniques.

(Peptide-plant Scale-up/purification)

Peptide(s) purification/isolation & scale up at plant scale

• Hands on experience on Preparative LC. & DAC purification techniques at Lab scale and at plant scale including knowledge of chromatography.

• Having the exposure in the handling of Rotary evaporator, lyophilizer for isolation of compounds.

• Must have Knowledge of GMP systems at plant level.

• Must have the ability to handle the team.
