Area Manager / Territory Manager / Officer - Sales & Marketing

• Meet & Exceed Sales targets
• Work closely with your Senior, team & dealer network to ensure continuous increase in sales. Manage existing Dealer network and appoint new dealers in unrepresented markets by initiating market mapping & potential assessment.
• Sustain and increase Market Share of your area / location.
• Manage and motivate team of direct reportee /s and ensure quality performance review mechanism of their Goals & Development plans.
• closely work with your senior & also lead the team by example by enforcing participative management style and not by being directive.
• Ensure planned market visits for effective engagement with channel partners and customers.
• Maintain call tracker and after visit reports of markets.
• Train and coach team on new technical inputs and general management skills.
• Maintain good work environment by creating a highly performance oriented culture.
• Resolve / handle service related issues proactively.
• Maintain good communication with internal customers( Commercial/ Logistics/ Accounts )
• Directly manage key customers (Trade & Non Trade )
• Develop strong Brand equity for MCL.
• Implement all promotional activities (Uttam Shiksha Pehel, Mason Meets, Wall paintings, Engineer meets, Sales Promoters & Dealer meets) as listed out in the Goals.
• Ensure quality channel network.
• quality Management communication & review by ensuring regular Submission of sales & Related reports & data.
• Achieve any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / BBA- S&M, M. Com, B. Com, BE / B. Tech / Diploma- Civil

Minimum 5 year quality experience with reputed Cement Company with proven performances. Effective communication & presentation skills
