Production Engineer - Pyro

Role & responsibilities

• Operational Management - Operation and optimization of Kiln/raw mill/coal mill as to achieve the targeted production.
• Safety and environment - Ensure safety measures and practice to ensure accident free sections to improve productivity.
• Plant availability and shutdown - Avoid tripping, Planning and execute Shutdown activity Kiln.
• Cost Reduction - Reduction in specific power consumption of Kiln, VRM, VCM, RBM and crusher. Reduction in Thermal Energy consumption & RFO consumption.
• Continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Sound knowledge of 5-10 years in Kiln Operation.
• Good analytical skill.
• Good knowledge of about refractory installation and shutdown activity.
• Should have sound knowledge of Heat and mass balance.
• Should be good in communication, possessing good temperament, Good decision making ability.
