Associate/ Lead - Purchase

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of all items.
• Getting offers and preparation of quotation Comparative Chart.
• Issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Coordination with vendors and Preparation of Service level reports of vendors.
• Preparation of day to day reports.
• Rigorous follow up to meet the deadlines.
• Documentation, data compilation & MIS Reports.
• Coordination with External Vendors, Internal customers including Plant, Quality, stores and accounts

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience with required skill set
• Should have sound knowledge on MM module of SAP
• Candidate with Technical experience in Cement industry
• Should be well versed with Statistical tools and data analysis.
• Quality conscious.
• Should be having working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint
