Manager - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services
Non-Negotiable:
- Experience in a Financial or Fin-Tech firm is a must. Hardcore Financial Services hiring.
- This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure the delivery of a seamless and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the function, hiring leaders' needs and delivering appropriate recruiting strategies
- The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's goals and culture.
- This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure the delivery of a seamless and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Execute talent pipelining for hiring through social media, job boards, and Employee Referral Program in a high hiring volume scenario
- Ensure that the positions are filled within the agreed turn-around-time
- Execute recruitment for senior level roles
- Establish a data driven strategy by building Talent dashboards, reports for easy decision making
- Provide guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the market/competition and salary offers
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing team.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long range growth of the company, implementing any new processes
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Contribute for success of broader talent acquisition priorities which may include but not be limited to; participation in industry events, travel within and outside primary work location for campus or any other recruitment activities
Required:
Experience/ Skill Set:
- Experience in a Financial, Tech or Fin-Tech firm is a must
- Graduate or MBA (HR)
- 10-12 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced India recruitment environment handling end-to-end recruitment activities including campus
- Well-versed with latest automation & technologies used in recruiting
- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong business relationships
- Strong communication skills and a continued aspiration to create a great candidate experience
