Professional effectiveness.
This role focusses on ensuring measurable learning outcomes, driving organization effectiveness and fostering a continuous learning and development..
Program Design and Development.
Curating program as per the need and eveloping it to enhance skills..
Partner with functional leaders to ensure programs align with organizational goals and business priorities..
Leverage emerging technologies to design scalable and engagaing learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management.
Collaborate with business partners, department heads and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs..
Act as trusted advisor stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for professional development..
Building a learning culture.
Championing a learning culture by promoting programs, campaigns and events to raise awareness.
L&D Budget and Governance.
Prepare the annual functional L&D budget under supervision from Head- L&D.
Ensure governance and control of budget items through the year.
Be the L&D team SME for SOP/DOA/Governance/Policy related topics on learning and development areas.
Qualifications.
Bachelors with Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a premier institute.
