Role : Manager - People Experience / HR Shared Services
The HR Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support and services across the organization. This role involves managing a team of HR professionals, optimizing HR processes, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries. The HR Shared Services Manager will work closely with the EX leader and BU HR Leads to implement and maintain efficient HR systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Management:
(A)Lead the HR Shared Services team to ensure high performance and professional development.
(B)Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to achieve service excellence.
Process Improvement for EX:
(A)Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
(B)Analyze current HR processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
Service Delivery of EX MoTs:
(A)Oversee the delivery of HR services, including onboarding, benefits experience including insurance, Child Care, exit operations, employee records management, and HRIS support.
(B)Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in HR service delivery.
(C)Lead or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and employee experience.
(D)Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.
(E)Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR service requests and escalations by the team
Reporting and Analytics:
(A)Prepare and present reports on HR service metrics, performance, and trends.
(B)Utilize data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
