Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and skilled Regional Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager to oversee and enhance staffing strategies across their assigned region.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, training, recruitment, and retention efforts, while ensuring operational efficiency and talent acquisition excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Staffing and Workforce Planning:
- Develop detailed staffing plans for the assigned region.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and align resources effectively.
Training and Development:
- Educate and train all People Services Coordinators (PSCs) and People Services Executives (PSEs) on staffing strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is well-prepared to execute recruitment and staffing objectives.
Absenteeism Management:
- Monitor daily absenteeism reports for the region.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on absenteeism trends and develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Create alternative plans to address staffing gaps efficiently.
Talent Acquisition:
- Design and execute effective communication and social media strategies to attract new talent.
- Organize and lead monthly and quarterly recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on staffing metrics, recruitment outcomes, and absenteeism trends.
- Work closely with other regional managers to share best practices and align strategies.
Retention Initiatives:
- Develop initiatives to retain top talent and reduce turnover within the region.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media recruitment campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
