We are seeking a Software Solution/Technical Architect with expertise in .NET Core, Oracle, ReactJS, and Microsoft technologies to lead the design and development of innovative banking systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design and solutioning, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. They will also have exposure to the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain and a deep understanding of modern application architecture principles.

As a Technical Architect, you will translate business requirements (BRD) into practical, scalable solutions, using industry-standard patterns and best practices to deliver high-performing, secure, and reliable applications.

The role involves both strategic design and hands-on development, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architectural Design & Solutioning :

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed architectural designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Lead the design and optimization of .NET solutions with a focus on load balancing, caching strategies, and database optimization techniques.

- Implement industry-standard design patterns to address functional problems and ensure maintainable, extensible code.

- Develop prototypes for new technology initiatives, product reviews, and technology selection/recommendations.

2. Security & Compliance :

- Design and implement secure applications in line with security best practices, data protection regulations (PCI-DSS), and compliance standards.

- Implement robust security features such as encryption, authentication, authorization, JWT authentication, and OAuth, with tokens managed by Key Vault.

3. Application Design & Optimization :

- Design .NET applications that adhere to best practices for scalability, high availability, and maintainability.

- Implement efficient caching strategies, load balancing, and optimize database performance (Oracle/MS SQL).

- Design and build highly scalable applications with a focus on Clean Architecture, N-layered architecture, and microservices.
