Solution Architect - TPF (15-17 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of Transaction Processing Facility (TPF) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-based systems. This role will be instrumental in driving the technical vision and delivering innovative solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Facilitate collaboration and consensus-building among diverse technology teams.

- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

- Create high-level technical designs and integration architectures.

- Map conceptual, logical, and physical designs to meet business requirements.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

- Collaborate with product teams to define development guidelines.

- Develop accurate estimates for complex projects.

- Create detailed project plans and timelines.

- Manage project scope and prioritize tasks.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven leadership track record with a minimum of 15 years of experience in TPF and GCP based systems.

- Deep understanding of TPF architecture, components, and customization techniques.

- Strong knowledge of GCP services and their application to TPF modernization initiatives.

- Proficiency in CICS, IMS, DB2, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with cloud migration strategies and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
