Solution Architect - Node.js/React.js (15-25 yrs)

Technical Skills :

- Detailed knowledge of several JavaScript frameworks and technologies. Node, Express,

React, Angular, Node with TypeScript/JS, Express

- Knowledge to deal with Building REST, GraphQL APIs

- Stronghold on SQL and NoSQL databases like Mongo, SQL Server

- Stronghold in Database Clustering

- Detailed knowledge in the enterprise-level server cluster design

- Experience in designing Serverless architecture (GCP)

- Proficiency in version controlling Git and Devops

- Experience in building PWA: service-worker, web push notification, Google Workbox, Cache

Strategy, Cache Strategy for GraphQL response.

- Experience on full stack development including client interaction, architecting and designing

solutions as per business needs

- Familiar with message broker services and security Libraries

Job duties and responsibilities :

- Provide Technical leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering collaboration, motivation, and a positive work environment on internal and external initiatives.

- Provide thought leadership, mentoring and lead practice development activities.

- Develop project plans and manage comprehensive outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.

- Involve in software tools evaluation and Practice development activities.

- Analyze project requirements and create technical designs.

- Involve in web and mobile application development by writing code in one or more

programming languages to develop software applications or components.

- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

-Stakeholder Communication :

- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, clients, and upper management to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and potential issues.

- Coordinate activities among project team members, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and dependencies are managed effectively.

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing their impact and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
