Glide Technology - Technical Lead - Node.js/React.js (8-12 yrs)

We're looking for a Technical Lead in Digital Software to guide our development team in creating innovative cloud and mobile solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver end-to-end digital solutions, from concept to deployment.

- Lead the creation of cloud and mobile solutions in dynamic tech environments.

- Uphold best practices in design and debugging for top software quality.

- Guide and mentor team members to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

- Education : B./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering.

- Experience : 8+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Cloud Proficiency : AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Technical Skills : Angular.js/React.js (front-end), Node.js (back-end), Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL.

- Architecture Knowledge : REST APIs, Micro Frontends, Web Sockets, MQTT.

- Testing & DevOps : Familiarity with JUnit, TDD (Cucumber), PyTest, Mockito, and tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, and Sonar.

- Leadership : Experience managing projects with teams of 4+ engineers.

- Additional Skills : Strong communication and pre-sales experience.
