LIMS Developer (2-5 yrs)

Profile : LIMS Developer

Experience : 2+ yrs

Location : - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement LIMS and ELN templates and workflows to meet specific laboratory needs.

- Configure LIMS and ELN systems to optimize data entry, analysis, and reporting.

- Develop custom scripts and integrations to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GxP regulations.

- Implement data validation rules and audit trails to maintain data accuracy and traceability.

- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary maintenance tasks.

- Integrate laboratory instruments with LIMS and ELN systems to automate data transfer and analysis.

- Develop and maintain interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

- Provide technical support to laboratory users.

- Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to identify system requirements and define project timelines.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of LIMS and ELN concepts and functionalities.

- Proficiency in Labware LIMS.

- Knowledge of GxP regulations and data integrity principles.

- Experience in instrument integration with LIMS systems.

- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. , Python, SQL).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
