Job Title: D2C Sales E-Commerce Manager, Mobile Accessories Brand

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced candidate and driven D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Sales E-Commerce Manager. To drive our e-commerce strategy and sales for our Mobile accessories brand. This role is crucial for upscaling our online sales channels, optimizing the customer experience. Managing our digital storefront to deliver significant growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior in the electronics industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement D2C strategy to drive sales and maximize revenue across digital channels.
  • Sales & Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales trends and consumer data to enhance product selection, pricing, and promotions.
  • Website Management: Ensure seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and site performance, collaborating with teams to enhance product pages.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee customer service strategies to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to meet demand and optimize order fulfillment.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs like conversion rates and sales, generating reports and actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and logistics teams to align product offerings with brand goals.
  • Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay updated on trends and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in D2C e-commerce, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
  • E-Commerce Platforms & Tools: Expertise with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Filpkart and Google Analytics.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Strong SEO, SEM, and online advertising experience.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/reporting tools.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional team leadership.
