B2B Lead Generation Manager


Location: Mumbai


About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets and we are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Manager to help us achieve these targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads, aligned with global marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to set clear campaign goals, define key metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize testing methodologies to optimize demand creation processes, including improving response and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights, refine strategies, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Partner with sales teams to design and execute effective lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting performance to senior managers quarterly or annually.

Requirements & Skills:


  • Experience:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • IT industry experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Global exposure and experience working across multiple geographies are highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in running multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and CMS tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).


  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
