Job in breif

• Primary Skill set - Managed DC Operations primarily for BFSI customers
• Team Management - Managed team in trouble shooting and resolving technical issues with 24x7 support opearations
• Part of Service Delivery function with extensive knowledge on ITIL service transition and service operation for BFSI customers
• Operational excellence, SLA management, Escalation management
• Knowledge management, Change Management, Problem management

Job Responsibilities

• Handling End to End Service Delivery Management for - Infrastrcuture Services
• Handling customer with respect to the Scope of deliverables as accepted in SOW.
• Hosting daily meetings with Customer on the Delivery front. Addressing day to day issues and ensure smooth operations is handled by my Operations managers and team leads
• Presenting weekly review meetings with respect to Highlights, Lowlights, Achievements, Pain areas.
• People management with respect to team handling( larger team)
• Maintaining Resource tracker, Resource handling with respect to their performance by monitoring and maintaining Stack ranking, Career Development plan.
• Ensure that the resources are communicated every month by having One One meeting and informing them and making them understand about their performance, Improvement areas and Career growth.
• Working with customer on high visibility incidents, Planned Activities, Direct services .
