Job Description
Design and monitor contests and other ground level activities for Strategic Alliances team.
- Form and drive national strategic alliances, onboarding big ticket clients, building distribution tie-ups with NDs, Foreign banks, PSBs, Wealth management set ups, etc. and maintain relationship.
- Responsible for execution of strategies to increase distribution in the region in collaboration with Sales Teams with the goal of increasing alliances market share.
- Track and follow up on new business leads.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Guide their team in meeting revenue targets by monitoring sales metrics & analyzing sales data.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activities, including analyzing customer behavior and preferences and identifying new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, communicate effectively and demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and knowledge of mutual fund market and products.
- Ensure and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
