Job Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager with deep experience in the gig economy, specifically focused on BFSI and loyalty programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, onboarding high-value clients, and driving revenue growth in these sectors.
- You will be responsible for creating long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise clients and partners, understanding their unique needs, and delivering solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients within the BFSI sector and loyalty program providers.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to grow client base, with a strong focus on gig industry solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth integration of services and solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in BFSI and loyalty programs to foster repeat business and partnerships.
- Understand clients' business models and challenges to offer personalized solutions that meet their needs.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the gig economy, BFSI, and loyalty program landscapes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential market opportunities and threats, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align solutions and service offerings with client requirements.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that clients' post-sale experience is seamless and meets their expectations.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, using CRM and other tools.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise sales, with a focus on onboarding clients in the BFSI and loyalty program sectors.
- Proven experience working in the gig industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with an ability to influence key decision-makers at the C-level.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI and loyalty program industries, including their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within the BFSI and loyalty program industries.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, tech products, or gig-related platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with long lead times.
