Your Responsibilities:.
- Develop and manage relationships with large corporate groups.
- Devise and execute strategies to expand the client base.
- Take ownership of business development goals.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the mid-to-large corporate segment, crafting tailored sales pitches.
- Build and sustain relationships at CXO/CFO levels, ensuring constant engagement till client onboarding is complete.
- Originate deals, understanding clients' debt requirements.
- Ensure a portfolio with zero NPAs while maintaining/enhancing credit quality.
- Collaborate internally and externally for seamless client onboarding.
- Work with the Client Solutions team to address debt requirements and handover client relationships smoothly.
