- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales and distribution of our National Pension and Retirement Products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pension and retirement landscape, along with strong corporate sales expertise, to develop and implement strategies that drive adoption and sales of pension products among corporate clients.
- As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, guiding them through pension plan options, and ensuring that their employees have access to valuable retirement solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of National Pension and Retirement Products among corporate clients.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers to ensure sustained business growth.
- Pension Product Promotion: Actively promote the company's pension and retirement products to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits for both employers and employees.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the pension and retirement industry, as well as the competitive landscape, to inform sales strategies and offerings.
- Employee Benefits Consulting: Provide expert guidance to corporate clients on the integration and
implementation of pension and retirement plans within their employee benefits programs.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present customized sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients, tailored to their unique business needs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of pension solutions.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with corporate clients to finalize terms and close sales agreements for pension and retirement products.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure that all pension and retirement products are marketed and sold in compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
- Customer Education: Conduct training and informational sessions for clients to educate employees on the value and advantages of their retirement options.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, ideally in the financial services or employee benefits space, with a focus on pension products, retirement plans, or similar offerings.
- Strong understanding of the national pension landscape, retirement products, and employee benefits programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage key decision-makers at the corporate level.
- Ability to develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to address client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to pension and retirement products.
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- A consultative sales approach, with an ability to educate and advise clients on the value of pension products and employee retirement solutions.
