Role & responsibilities
Our sales professionals focus on face to face sales presentations as they provide our clients an opportunity to know IndiaMART & value addition IndiaMART can bring to their respective business. This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our top sales professionals are passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity. The role will involve managing direct sales force under him, increasing the productivity level, & overall efficiency of the sales team and ensuring target achievement as per the defined targets.
1- The position holder will be managing a team of 5-6 individuals.
2- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
3- Accurately plan, forecast and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set of clients.
4- Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures.
5- Daily 4-5 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite.
6- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
7- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
8- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience Range: 3 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduation and MBA/PGDM
or Btech with minimum 3yr exp and 1 yr team handling experience.
