- The Manager Business Excellence will be based in Hyderabad.

- In this position, you will report to the VP Operations.

- you will be In-charge of providing accurate and timely consolidated financial analyses for product initiatives, product roadmaps, and product P&L on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis rolling up to Nextracker business financial plan to support go / no-go business plan decisions and product initiatives and prioritization.

- Work with Finance on how product initiatives affect the company's business plan over time.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do?

- You will be responsible for partnering with operational stakeholders to identify savings made by the new end-to-end solution, completing forecasting, monthly reporting and on-going maintenance of the financial model within this area.

- Your commercial finance experience will make a difference in benchmarking and trend analysis on both the existing business and on new bids in the future.

- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.

- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.

- Financial Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

- Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance, assess potential investments, and evaluate business opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries, to present to management and stakeholders.

- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.

- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data, understand business needs, and provide financial guidance.

- Identify areas for financial improvement and work on strategies to optimize financial processes.

- Preparing monthly analysis on tracker product initiatives aligning with impact on Nextracker's company financial plan.

- Participating in various cross functional finance product led process improvement activities and other special projects.

- Review and analyze product P&L's and align analysis with Nextracker's business plan.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to share best practices and identify areas for simplification.

- Analyze monthly results, provide variance explanations around product costing and product cost roadmaps.

- Utilize Continuous Improvement techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing / eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.

- Diligently participate in the selection and executions of cost reduction initiatives.

- Prepare and communicate monthly reports for departmental heads.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

- Requires an MBA - Finance or a related field.

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Preferred Industrial Engineering.

- Mandate to have experience with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.

- 10+ years of experience in financial / cost planning, analysis, and modeling.

- Proficiency in Power BI Dax.

- Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT) and CRM software such as Salesforce. com.

- Ability to define projects and goals to resolve by collecting data, establishing facts and Implement methodology to resolve and sustain.

- Black Belt on Lean, Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

- Management skills and technical experience in Finance, Supply chain and Operations activities.

- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

- Working knowledge of financial strategies.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Power BI and related financial systems.

- Salesforce and Anaplan experience a plus.
