Qualification & experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant
Minimum 10 -14 years of relevant experience
Subject matter expert with strong understanding of month close accounting
Expert knowledge of SAP and other tools like Blackline etc.
Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI
Key responsibilities
Accountable for Month close processes - Review of Journal entry preparation, general ledger account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, financial reporting etc.
Responsible for guiding the team on matters related to policy and procedures.
Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required.
Drive business metric improvement in Record to report area
Responsible for delivering on SLA/KPIs
Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas.
Individual would manage a team size of 10-15 people and be responsible for effective performance management of the team
