Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Support in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
• Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and criteria.
• Job Posting & Advertisement: Help create compelling job descriptions and post them on different platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Respond to candidate inquiries via email or phone, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Help maintain an organized database of candidate profiles, keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Assist in building and nurturing a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with online job boards and platforms like LinkedIn/Naukri

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
