Business Coordinator/ Exe. Assistant, (B.E + MBA), Location : Mumbai

Job description

You should be a Techno Commercial person with high coordination abilities. This is Role based at Mumbai to Assist the Senior Management in business co-ordination. You will be an integral part of team to enable smooth business operations.

The position holder : -

• Should have good Techno-Commercial abilities.
• Coordinate the Business plans, priorities and Progress
• Coordinate with various internal department for Business Operations progress and review
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Top Management ability to effectively lead the organization: including assisting with special projects; designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations etc.
• Exception management.
• Enable a system of management information system
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning Department/ staff and all stakeholders.
• Respond positively with tact, sensitivity, and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 7 to 12 year

Skill and capabilities Required

• Proven experience in similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
• Self-Starter, Emotionally Intelligent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Work in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to switch gears at a moments notice
• Planning & Organizing skills
• Attention to detail, Time Management

Qualifications:

1. B.E - Any Discipline

2. MBA Desirable

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / Iron Steel / EPC Project/ Engineering

Location: Mumbai

Compensation:

Rs. 15 Lac to 18 Lac / annum, (Compensation will be commensurate to Qualification and Experience and not a constraint for right candidate)
