Job Description
Education Qualification:
- B. Tech M. Tech from a reputed Institutes along with executive Programs in Project management/ Building re-engineering from top institutes like School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) or similar.
- Certifications from PMI, ISB, IIM or other such top tier management schools.
Experience:
- Over 12 -15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry.
- Demonstrated track record in leading project management roles in large PM/Construction companies.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (eg, Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and in MS Office and project management tools .
The Lead of Project Management will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing mega real estate projects from conception to completion.
- Implementing project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Implementing robust project portfolio management processes, including project prioritization, and aligning those with organizational goals.
- Collaborating with Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group level project objectives and outcomes.
- Proactively identifying areas of concern, risks and implementing mitigating measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and gaps in quality safety.
- Working with the Head PMO to standardize system processes reports, conduct audits checks across CSD on all projects for Progress, Quality, Safety Budgetary for internal as well as external teams.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Establishing and maintaining rigorous QHSE processes and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of Safe and Environment friendly best practices as per general regulations and globally accepted best practices.
- Leading a high-performing team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability.
