Technical Recruiter - Contract Role

Role Objective

To supervise Human Capital services within areas of recruitment (TA), and all other recruitment (TA) related services to ensure compliance with Malomatias set policies and procedures, leading practices and management requirements. To ensure that operational and administrative services pertaining to Human Capital are provided to all Malomatia employees in a timely manner.

Role & responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the process of filling job vacancies within Malomatia, in coordination with the concerned department managers.
• Keep a record of all vacant position job descriptions and develop brief job profiles for easy reference.
• Examine current skill sets available within Malomatia and advise their compatibility with the job requirements of the vacant positions.
• Collect and screen through candidates resumes and forward those who meet the minimum requirement to the requesting division/department.
• Coordinate Malomatias job fairs and ensure placement of advertisements at local and international newspapers, recruitment agencies and websites… etc.
• Oversee the interview process and ensure compliance with Malomatias set policies and procedures.
• Develop induction programs under the direct supervision of the TA Manager India.
• Develop statistical reports highlighting candidates status ratios of accepted offers, rejected offers, successful probations, etc and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Determine requirements for specialized training courses and research for potential providers.

Preferred candidate profile

• About 4 to 6 years of related experience of which a minimum of 3 to 5 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
