Job Description
- Industry Expertise: Leverage significant experience in Business Development, Strategy, and Services within the Life Sciences, CRO, and Biotech sectors to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead Position Consulting for Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Services, along with specialized services including Quality, Post-marketing, and Labeling. Develop and implement strategic solutions tailored for Medical Devices and Diagnostics companies in Europe and the USA.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust international relationships with new, reactivated, and target accounts. Deliver impactful presentations and solutions to enhance client engagement and business development.
- Strategic Execution: Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, profit growth, and service expansion. Ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to drive lead generation and effectively position services/products within the client base.
- Practice Development: Drive visibility and thought leadership through initiatives such as white papers, webinars, and workshops. Establish the companys reputation as a leader in the industry.
- Performance Accountability: Take ownership of assigned goals and targets, ensuring timely and successful achievement.
- Team Development: Facilitate team growth by providing training and development across various project areas, enhancing overall team competency and performance.
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Life Sciences with an MBA/PGDM certification.
- Experience: Demonstrated success and extensive experience in regulatory projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record in international pharmaceutical projects.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex relationships and concepts. Collaborative yet assertive, with a strong ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel both locally and internationally, up to 25%.
