About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams. This role involves managing a high-performing team, driving data-driven strategies, and delivering impactful insights and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and engineers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and align team goals with organizational objectives.

Technical Oversight

• Manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics dashboards using tools like AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Scala, Spark, and Python.
• Implement best practices in data architecture, governance, and security.
• Drive advanced analytics, business KPIs, and clickstream analysis using tools like Clevertap or Amplitude.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Product, Business, and IT teams to define data strategies and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Agile Development

• Drive agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery and iterative improvements.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and risk mitigation.

Business Impact

• Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Scala, Spark, Python, Tableau, and Mode Analytics.
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of business and product analytics, KPI development, and advanced SQL.
• Agile Practices: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems and big data solutions.
• Familiarity with additional visualization tools.
• Proven ability to scale teams and processes in fast-paced environments.
