Senior Software Engineer - Python

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python, JavaScript, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure the applications' performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the software.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.
• Create graphical or data models to represent how the department's data will be stored.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions according to a planned strategy.
• Deliver program modules in line with the required specifications and the solution design plan.
• Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the systems development lifecycle.
• Provide reports on system performance and reliability and conduct performance tests under the guidance of the Coordinator, Applications Development and Integration.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience Software Engineering.
• 4+ years with Python for full stack development.
• Strong experience in Cloud Platforms either Azure or AWS.
• Experience with JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue) for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Databases and Snowflake and experience in database design and optimization.
• Excellent use of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
