Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP CS solutions to support customer service processes, including service notifications, repairs, warranties, and contract management. The role requires strong functional knowledge, integration expertise with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PM), and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support SAP CS solutions to enhance customer service processes.
• Configure service notifications, service orders, warranties, and repairs in SAP CS.
• Manage service contracts, billing, and resource-related billing (RRB) processes.
• Integrate SAP CS with other modules like SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP CS.
• Collaborate with technical teams for ABAP development, enhancements, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
